The F55/F56 MINI Coil-Over System has been designed to address the foundation for performance handling. The system consists of a set of linear rate performance-tuned springs and carefully matched adjustable front strut assemblies and rear shocks with integrated bumpstops for a predictable behavior you will be sure to appreciate. The system provides superior handling through increased grip and a substantial reduction of body roll while maintaining a nicely dampened ride. In addition, the lower ride height not only improves suspension geometry for improved performance but also gives the car a tasteful, aggressive stance. • Up to 1.7" of lowering in front and 1.1" of lowering in back are possible depending on tire clearance but with diminished ride quality
• Spring rates are 93% stiffer in front (336 lbs/in vs. 174 lbs/in) and 58% stiffer in the rear (336 lbs/in vs. 213 lbs/in)
• Corrosion resistant materials and finishes used throughout for maximum durability and longevity
• Integrated bumpstops to ensure minimal jarring when on less than ideal road surfaces
• Threaded collars allow easy and precise front & rear vehicle height adjustments
• Dinan recommends a 0.75" (20mm) in front and back to maintain a civilized ride
