Fast & Free Shipping We pay for ground delivery on Orders over $89 to the contiguous United States only. A $7.99 shipping charge is applied to orders under $49. Non-standard item fees may apply. See Additional Shipping Fees. Any additional fees are clearly stated before adding the item to your shopping cart.
Alternate Shipping Services: Expedited shipping services, including UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight & FedEx Priority Overnight are available. Additional shipping charges will apply and will be shown in the list of services (see example).
If, for some reason, your shipping charges cannot be calculated before checkout, "Will Notify", will be displayed, and you will be contacted by telephone or email with the exact shipping charges.

Additional Shipping Fees:
Tire fees occur due to factors beyond our control. A $5.00 charge is added to certain tires that are shipped (Fee does not apply to pickup store orders). Charges are clearly stated before you are asked to complete your order.
Oversize fees If at time of checkout a ground shipping option is chosen, an oversize item fee may be added if the item is over the standard size limit. For air and other shipping methods, this fee is already included in the price. Charges (if any) are clearly stated before you are asked to complete your order.
State fees Some states impose specific state-mandated shipping fees depending on the types of items purchased and the transaction amount. Charges (if any) are clearly stated before you are asked to complete your order.

Returns Policy
Returns
With our customer friendly policy, you can enjoy HASSLE FREE returns for life! As soon as your return hits our door we will process it the same day. There is no better return process in the industry. Simply complete the merchandise return form – enclose it with the items you wish to return in a secure package, apply your printed FedEx label and drop off your package.
NOTE: You may return any unused and unmodified items. New, unused tires, helmets, and other products with a shelf life are eligible for return within one year of the purchase date.
Items must be in new re-sellable condition and be in our current inventory. For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions.
NOTE: Open Box items are sold as is and cannot be returned.

You pay nothing up-front. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange. No restocking charges will be applied.
Items found to be used/mounted will be refunded at a reduced amount or returned to the customer, at our discretion. We will not accept returns on items that have been modified or altered in any way. We'll refund your merchandise, but we can't refund oversize fees, tire fees, or other shipping costs.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
